Discovery Consultation – 50 – 60 minutes session – £60
CBT, DBT or EMDR Treatment Appointment – 60 minutes session – £80
Mindfulness 1:1 Session – 60 minutes session – £40
Mindfulness Group Course – 8 Weeks – £200
Pricing for a corporate workshop will be given per event
Personal circumstances are considered alongside proof of benefits, student status and other.
Please be aware that I have a cancellation policy and that you are still obligated to pay for any sessions missed, no show or late cancellation less than 24 hours.
