DBT Informed Service
Our in-house DBT therapists are accredited by the society of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy in the UK (SFDBT). They have extensive experience in working as mental health practitioners, and therapists with clients who present with BPD and mood disorders.
Our DBT programme includes a DBT informed therapy using a comprehensive and structured approach that aims to support individuals to navigate their emotional difficulties, develop more effective interpersonal relationship skills and cope with stress. This by incorporating the DBT element of mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal skills and distress tolerance in our 1-1 individual therapy.
